Fat to muscles question, ey yo Superman!

let´s say you want to get rid of fat in a certain area of your body. can you get rid of that fat better by training this special area.
for example you want to lose fal on your belly. will it go away faster by doing sit ups, or is going running as effective as sit ups. lets say the amount of burnt jouls is the same.

No.
To lose fat, you lose it from wherever your body dictates you should first. Working out a particular area just builds muscles in that area, not discriminately burning fat.

No, you can't lose fat in a specific part of the body, only overall. Running will be more effective than situps to lose belly fat.

Increasing your cardio workouts while decreasing your calories will burn off the fat.. but body wide.. you can't target weight loss

One word: liposuction. You can do it yourself; just make a little cut in your belly, stick the hose of your vacuum cleaner in, and suck that fat away.

naah, everytime i go running i run past the polar bears in the wilhelma. they´d miss me.
