What is this 'brigade' you speak of? It was appearantly before my time here. Is it a correct assumption that this was some kind of homophopic, anti-railgun

I believe that it's original intent was aimed at a now defunct usergroup's activities and Einy's part in them, but calling that water under the bridge is like calling ice frozen water, i.e. very obvious.
