Have any other guitarists picked this great vid up? I got it the other day, and woah! This guy is incredable. His advice and guidence in this video are helping me immensely. The thing starts off with warm up exercises, stretches then moves on to appregios, scales, left and right hand exercices, sweep picking and more.
