March Buy Signal ( stock market )

Does anyone here listen to Bob Brinker? He put out a buy signal for the stock market in March. I've notice that almost every stock or fund I am interested in was at a low point in March. There has been pretty good growth since then.

For the first half of this entire year all my 401K money was in cash, just in case. I did not know if I would have to liquidate it to survive, so I missed the buying oppurtunity. Not that I noticed in in March anyway.

So my question to you is; did you buy in around March? Have you made good money this year?
