this week's games

Carolina at Philly

[Tom Petty] Even the loooo-sers. get lucky sometimes! [Tom Petty] Yeah, well cindarella's luck just ran out. Next to maybe Arrowhead or Gillette, The Linc has to be the most difficult place to get a road win. I am NOT convinced of Carolina's supposed defensive 1337-ness. Do you want to know why Carolina won last week? I'll tell you why, it's because Mike Martz is a dumb fuck. Philly won't make mistakes. The Eagles aren't a bunch of cocky showboats with chips on their shoulders. McNabb will have another 100-plus on the ground this week.

27-10 Eagles

Indy at New England

i'll be there! hehehehehe :P

they key to stopping Peyton Manning is: Keep him off the field. to do that the Pats have to blow the dust of the running game. Which shouldn't be too hard considering Indy is horrid against the run. That and the Tom Brady-Charlie Wiess screen pass spectacular show should be able to dominate the clock. Conversely if Indy wants this win they need to control the clock and stop the run. It will be interesting to see what crazy shit Belichick has cooked up to counter what is looking like the best offense in the leauge, I think New England MUST get some turnovers to win this.

24-17 New England

Thats what I thought last week in Arrowhead. It didn't happen. I think the key to stomping Indy (Go NE) is not only dominating the clock (Go NE) but putting preasure on that fucknut Manning. (Go NE) Give him time and he'll find one of his many recievers but he's a pretty boy and doesn't like getting dumped on his ass. Sac his ass a couple times and I think you'll rattle his confidence.
They say, "the tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of tyrants and patriots." I suppose it never occurred to them that they are the tyrants, not the patriots. Those weapons are not being used to fight some kind of tyranny; they are bringing them to an event where people are getting together to talk. -Mike Wong

But as far as board culture in general, I do think that young male overaggression is a contributing factor to the general atmosphere of hostility. It's not SOS and the Mess throwing hand grenades all over the forum- Red

Like I've said before, the Eagles would be best served running up the score early and forcing Jake Delhomme to win the game for Carolina. St. Louis settled for field goals when they should have been scoring touchdowns, and that's why Carolina is in the NFC championship (I'm on record saying Mike Martz is a stupid fucker who lucked into a great team). Get them down and put your boot on their neck! Easier said than done, I know, but if the Eagles want to go to the Super Bowl, they can't let this team hang around.
