There are probably sites that offer them as services. I don't know any offhand, try Googling them.

If you're looking for something that logs visitors, I have a script in PHP that can do that... Information is stored in textfiles.

It's usually done with a scripting language, such as PHP or Perl - the client's information is recieved when the image is called, and an image is generated by the script, which is then displayed to the client.

Find someone with one in their sig and go to the website the image is located at. It's all service. It's not the person's pic.
