Comic Book- The Movie

Post by Lord Poe »

Anyone seen it? I bought it outright and took it home...

Man..what a jumbled mess. More misses than hits, I'm afraid. Disc 2 was more entertaining than the feature!

The Kevin Smith interview was hilarious, of course!

"You still bag and board? Not me. After I read them, I rip my comics in half."

I liked the Bruce Campbell(sp?) interview too. As I said, lots of good stuff on disc 2. But I'd recommend renting this one.

Disc two is just absofuckinglutely fanfuckingtastic.

The Orson Wells impression alone is hilarious...the rest is just good stuff.

Yeah, it may be worth the price just for that disc alone. Although I did laugh when Don Swan (Mark Hamill) stopped by a table an asked to sit down, and David Prowse told him "Move along, son."

I wish Billy West would have done some of the voices he used to do on the Howard Stern show. Well, he DID do Larry Fine!

Thank you. I was thinking about picking that up last week, but wasn't sure if it was worth it. It was either that or a Godzilla box set and how could I say no to Terror of MechaGodzilla? I'll just get some more MST3K instead.
