On the other hand don't blame Microsoft for having dodgy epuipement. I didn't even think 28.8 bbs connections still existed.
When you have something as dynamic as the Windows platform, of course there are going to be bugs. Name one piece of software that doesn't have bugs. You'd be suprised how pressured MS programmers are when it comes to getting things done. They don't exactly have a long deadline, so they are going to miss a few things, or skip over them to make way for something more important. Atleast they do have the balls to admit their mistakes and offer patches
for free, which they are in no way obligated to do.
