They are in EVERY Episode.

Wait, who would reprogram robots from sex slaves? If anything I would be trying to reprogram robots into sex slaves.

Well imagine you have two Guri's with southern accents, and cat like cosmetic features.

Now these two Guri's don't have a Xizor to tell them what to do anymore.

They are your reaccuring villins/comedy relief

But they're robots that used to have sex with you. That's just cool. Why reprogram them? Did they do it themselves?

No, a terminally Ill cyborg villian, who didn't have a working winky, bought two sex robots and hacked their programming. Got them to dress up as naughty nurses, and gave them all of these Martial arts skills. They still have the Dance Sexy, and flirt constantly subrutines running alll the time.

They have just been reprogrammed to do the HTH, Grand Theft, and cause large amounts of property damage while driving a stolen vehicle subrutines as well.

I've seen Dragon Half (thanks to Damaramu). If any of those are half as insane as that one was, I shall be very happy.

If you can, try to get hold of Death Machine (with Brad Dourif etc.)

It's absolutely crazy, but I think it's great (and I'm hoping to get hold of it again some time). Plenty of completely over-the-top violence and tongue-in-cheek humour as well. The pacifist task force is wonderful.

Just see it! 8)

Now THAT's a weird title!!

(not that there aren't flicks with stranger titles - ever heard of The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living And Became Mixed-Up Zombies or Can Heironymous Merkin Forgive Mercy Humppe And Find True Happiness??)

Sorry, its All-purpose Cultural Catgirl Nuku-Nuku...

My bad.

But still watch it. That show was my introduction to crazy mofo anime.

That and Samurai Pizza Cats.

I've seen the TV edited version in bits and pieces a couple of times. It was pretty cool. Although, I'm getting a little tired of Brad Dourif playing similar type wacko characters all the time.

It is Brad Dourif's destiny to play wackos, otherwise the univers would be torn asunder by the idea of Dourif playing a sensitive, tidy protagonist.

Mononoke Hime was quite engrossing and very beautiful - but I don't get why the Iron Foundry's Leader/Governess/Head Chick in Charge always had perfect lipstick. But watching Ashitaka take the heads off of the warrior dudes with just a fucking bow and arrow was some twisted shit.

Spirited Away was just insane. To this day I can't shake the image of the GIANT FUCKING BABY. JESUS CHRIST THAT WAS A HUGE BABY. HOLY SHIT.

Inuyasha? I might like it better if it were subbed. I can't stand the dub voices. But I must say that Inuyasha himself makes me feel gay since he's kind of attractive. Too androgynous :?

My own list of movies was lost somewhere in the annals of the thread. I'll reiterate. I expect comments on every damn one:

The Milagro Beanfield War(Superb film nobody's ever heard of)

Oh Brother Where Art Thou(Great comedy)

Ferris Bueller's Day Off(Ditto)

The Man Who Would be King(One of Connery's finest)

The Man With The Golden Gun(The best of the Moore era)

Goldfinger(The best Bond, ever)

Mulan(Come on, you liked it)
The End of Suburbia
"If more cars are inevitable, must there not be roads for them to run on?"
-Robert Moses

"The Wire" is the best show in the history of television. Watch it today.
