Bullshit. In fact they have only gotten better. There are so many damn options you can pull on AoL it's unbelievable. I should make a damn commercial about that shit. It's fucking great. That and when my damn IE is fucking up, I can resort easily to AoL. Not to mention when I'm having crappy cable conns, I can fall back on AoL and I can garundamntee you that AoL WILL force itself to connect. Heh. Bulldoze the bandwith as best as you can.

Okay update, for all of you AoL bashers out there, maybe this is a sign it has made me computer illiterate or something. I just downloaded fucking Trillian. Now this POS gives me the option to get into IRC and it's showing I'm fucking connected. Now for the life of me, I can't seem to get a fucking window up to the goddamn channel. So how the fuck does this shitty swiss army knife of online messaging programs fucking work?

Click on the little grey circle (I'm assuming default skin) and select join channel....(I'm also assuming that you are connected to the right server....) and then type in "#sdnet" without the quotes.

Bah, big 'feature-packed' bloated monster with a crippled version of IE. Whereas I can dial up just as quickly to other ISPs by using Windows DUN, which already comes with Windows. Add IE 6.0 and I'm all set.
