yeah. Even though there something like 10-15 minutes of deleted scenes put back in the film is still a minute or two shorter than the original version. Things like all the long establishing shots of the Nostromo in space; i think some of the longer, more drawn out sequences will have shots shortened to make for a much tighter pace in keeping with the style of modern day films that audiences are used to. Which is kinda sad. But who knows, it could turn out good afterall, Scott has never failed me with his creative decisions. Brett's death scene could definitly use a trimming by about two minutes. I believe they're using the alternate cut of this scene where we see more of the creature and what it does to Brett (with Parker and Ripley running and seeing it drag him into the airduct).Galvatron wrote:Shortened???
