School spirit week

Ahh, Spirit Week, much fun.
Here's our list to be done:
Monday- Superhero Day
Tuesday- Beach Day
Wednday- "Time Machine" Day
Thursday- Cultural Day
Friday- Pajamma Day

Mind you, this is taken directly from the flyer. The only one I'm particularly happy about is the era day, BECAUSE of being brought up by the 80's. Really, most people don't care about it except the Publications staff and some in theater.

Superhero day is disturbing. Last year we had a "Cream Boy". The guy had only boxers on all day and covered himself in whipped cream. The year before we had "Veggie Girl". Essentially wearing nothing but a suit made of the earth-born plants, she also carried around a sign that said "Eat your veggies". I want veggies damnit!

Cultural day is a noble idea, that we each wear traditional clothing from our backgrounds...But unfortuantely, last year the student population was about 90%+ white. It was a bit like a regular day.

Pajamma day is also a kick, . Some of the girls felt that pj's were a bit too..."Restricting".

How students could get so happy-like about school I could not understand.

School is alright. It's the classes that sucked. I remember my senior year, our theme was Mardi Gras. In a few ways, it was cool. In a lot of ways, it kinda sucked. It was cool because some of the hottest girls in school dressed up for it. It sucked because, well I'm gonna assume you all know why it sucked.
