Let's just say she knew where my "Computer Disks" were.

and if you have to ask which computer disks....

the ones with Japanese Gifs, and my full "lockpic" set etc.

Of couse after I got the "Lockpick" disk back I bulk erased it, and then formatted it.

When I went to see AOTC, people went nuts during the battle between Dooku and Yoda.

The audiences around us start complaining but what the hell, it was one of our wild days.

Those days.....

Damn, this thread reminds me how I miss Inge so much...
Me and a mate of mine did that almost throughout Starship Troopers.

RotK last night was Hella Fun, although some of the more moronic kids (read: mostly 13-year-olds who had no hope _whatsoever_ of getting any sex at all within five years <COUGH>because-they're-total-assholes</COUGH>) tried to ruin it by hamming up the (rather obvious, I grant you that) homoerotic innuendo amongst the Hobbits, Elves, and Gandalf. They even used the word 'Faggot'. Dave, Marquis, and I were almost ready to bust heads. I was ready to tell the nearest one 'You had better be gay if you're gonna use that word'.

It still didn't damp my (or the rest of the audience's) MASSIVE enthusiasm throughout the movie! Everyone loved it!!!

There was a baby at the RoTK showing I went to that was whining throughout the entire first scene with Smeagol. Everyone eventually got angry and started yelling, until someone yelled "GET THE GODDAMN BABY OUT OF THE THEATRE!" That was the end of that problem, needless to say.

I cheered during the Yoda/Dooku fight in EpII, I screamed in pain during Kathy Bates' nude scene in About Schmidt, and I clapped at the end of RoTK.

I saw FOTR when it first opened. At the end when Aragorn decapitates Lurtz, the audience went nuts.

Lets see... Clapping at all three LOTR movies

Cheers when Legolas did the Shield-Surf in TTT, and when he brought down the oliphant in ROTK and when Aragorn decapped Lurtz.

And the theater about exploded at AOTC when Yoda pulled his lightsaber

Incidentally, RotK is the only movie I have ever clapped for. The entire theater clapped as well.

I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season."

Then I do it to bug people when previews come on.

I could not stop laughing for about 20 minutes during ROTK when I started acting out the boring, drawn out scenes with my hands.

Or when the ghosts were swarming oliphants.

Or when the Duke guy ran off the cliff on fire.

Or when the tiny army let themselves be encircled by Orks.

My stomach still aches from the constant stream of giggles, chuckles, or belly laughs. What a good day...

The only audience participation I've ever seen is laughing, but that's more a natural reaction (you laugh at a joke). People will laugh at some funny thing, either watching a comedy or Yoda going all Matrix and shit.

The only theater rowdiness I've ever observed has been laughing.

The most prominent example I can remember is people laughing during Matrix: Revolutions. At a time when I don't think the Wachowskis were going for laughs.

I went to see RotK last night. There was massive screaming and uncomfortable squirming in seats when Shelob turned up. Unfortunatly it was me who did most of the screaming and squirming.

Many, many times there was applause at the end of Moulin Rouge when I worked at the movie theatre.
