Toque looks like it is using one of the oldest action plots in the book. The main character was set up for murder and a badguy who is actually just a pawn of the main bad guy chases him throughout the movie.

Nope the actual plot is that some guy and his girlfriend got set up for drug possession, and now the guy wants revenge.
