There's no such thing as a real snuff film (IE, a commercial film where a participant is actually murdered on camera). There have been cases were murderes record their exploits or the occasional accidental death is captured on film/tape, but those aren't snuff films.

You really haven't seen much of the genre if you think he's the worst.

He sort of retired around 15 years ago, so any new art from him is not likely to happened.

Seems a minor quibble - "oh, no one intended to make any money, so it's not a snuff film". Just because the murderer made it for private viewing doesn't mean someone else down the line won't sell it and profit off it. Pretty fucking sick either way.
