OK, here is the update. I did go over there. My brother was with a woman and her boyfriend. They are in their late twenties and my brother is 18. They let him move in with them, despite the fact that he has no job. I asked them why they let my brother use a needle. I also told them that I don't care if they die from overdosing or frying their brains, but they should not have let my brother use a needle. They assured me he would not again.
Anyway, my mother and stepdad are out ot dinner with him right now. Nick, my stepdad, is a recovering addict. I think he might be able to see if anything more is going on.
Need advice... NOW!!
