How do you feel?

The past 2 years, on reflection, have been fairly shitty:

Two people I was fond of have died, one of them in tragic circumstances
Two of my close friends have lost loved ones, again in tragic circumstances.
I spent a large part of the past two years working in a job that I hate & have only just begun to realise how much this has poisoned my view of the world.
I am currently still unemployed, still at university & heartily sick of both.
My current bank balance is somwhere in the vicinity of $A5.00.

On the whole, I'm feeling bored, frustrated & find it hard to generate much enthusiasm for anything. So yeah, I'm feeling pretty bad.

On the upside, all of the shit that's been going on has made me appreciate my friends a lot more & probably brought us closer together and hell, things can only get better.

Let's see:

1) I have a very good degree in a subject I love from one of the best universities in the world.
2) I have good prospects with PhD interviews coming up.
3) I've lost my first real boyfriend only to start falling for another
4) I've explored my sexuality and and becoming comfortabel with it.
5) I've made shitloads of friends, mostly online.
6) I've more or less completely beaten PTSD

Health, money, and current home status is good.

Relationships with any sort of woman is sorta okay(thus meaning I have female friends, but no girlfriend).

Comic book actually doing something other then staring at me listlessly.

Ariel the idjit has decided to take his first into never seeing Ironhorse again...a good thing.

Overall...I would have to say good.

Overall i'd say horrible. I can't seem to hold a job for more than 6 months. I hate my current boss with a passion unknown to me before. I'm single and resigned to staying that way. I live with my parents, I always sleep alone. I'm a depressive borderline alcoholic and all this at the age of 23. The so called best years of my life have been enough to make me contemplate suicide on a number of occasions and actually try it twice.

It depends on my mood by overall i fell bad, most of the things i do never seem to go right.
And a few things that happened this last two years made very depressed.

But that is probably because i'm very pessimistic(sp?).

I feel damn good.

I graduated from college, I got through my period of unemployment and landed an AWESOME job, I have a lot of friends that I can have good times with, I've rose through the ranks here to become one of the administrators, a really awesome person just today helped me punch through a mental wall...

And I have a niece.

All in all, woohoo!

I left the only place I've ever been able to call home
I live with an asshole of a roommate, even if he is my boss and this business venture could potentially be exceedingly grand
I have no social life, period

Ok I stop now I'm going to send myself into a depression again.
