I was going to library one, and they have a pane of clear glass in front, next to the door. Thinking the glass was an open archway, I walked into it and got a nasty bruise.

I've done this at least three times.

I remember once on a "mall sprint" (ie tearing arse through a shopping mall on mountain bikes - something frowned upon by numerous authorities) nearly going straight through a REALLY clean plate glass window that we had misidentified as an exit. Thankfully we all stopped in time and got the hell out of there.

I honestly can't say I'm thankful. People who recklessly endanger others by doing something so fucking stupid as riding mountain bikes through a shopping mall deserve to get injured.

Actually we were always VERY careful to avoid doing any damage to property or other people, it merely served as one hell of a shortcut. I had no wish to run down a baby in a pram...

One idiot I saw tried to shoplift. Only problem - they had security cameras inside the silvered domes ont he ceiling. He helped himself to three packets of M&Ms and then added a bunch of Snickers to the mix, RIGHT UNDER the camera! I would have told him, but he looked mean and desperate.

My sister used to own a dog that howled all night. One night she got pissed off and went down stairs and kicked the dogs in the ass, She broke her toe.
