Upgrade Canada's Military

As someone above said, Canada's population is too small (30 million or so, is it?)

So have a relatively small fighting force, but make them as high-tech and deadly as possible. The nuclear ICBM sites are good, along with a small fleet of nuclear subs.

Just one or two super aircraft carriers and escorts would be fine.

As a small addition, I would recommend an ion cannon satellite of sorts.

WTF is a Triumph of Albion class? IIRC, the Albion is a class of LPDs, and Triumph is the name of a Trafalgar class SSN.
