I find the opposite. I have my best biggest longest orgasms after I'v teetered on the edge of nearly cumming for about an hour. Of course the 5 minute Zero to infinity sessions are fun too, for a quick release. But I often make it my buisness to hold off and be right near the state of orgasm for a long time (when Im alone with time to kill and good porn to watch). I sometimes go right to the brink and stop, and go again. Finding that I can even go through involunaty contractions (without ejaculation, but a whole heap of white, foamy precum and clear precum). Some of those contractions only perhaps one or two strokes away from full ejaculation, and so I have to completley disengage contact, and feel and see about 4 to 8 contractions and it feels very close to an orgasm (just stiffled back a bit). After a few of these (say, 5, 10) If I go for it I can have an orgasm that lasts a good 30-40 seconds and gets rather messy. Great fun and feels awesome.

I find there's a "sweet spot" in my case. If I stroke off as fast as I can it's no good, and if I go on too long it ain't good either. I get the best orgasms if I keep it around 10 minutes or so.

Some interesting responses so far, thanks... If we're going to discuss stopping for a little bit and then starting again, then I too can claim 'hours'- but I was initially referring to one hardcore non stop bash - meh, mine was 25 minutes of continuous and I thought that was pretty good, I had to concentrate, it's harder than holding back during sex- I dunno why, maybe because your arm starts to ache so much your brain just lets it go.

You guys who are claiming 2-3 hours

is that non- stop arm aching whacking? Seriously, again, my 25 mins was with no longer than a two second shift in position of my hand

max time is about an hour which was nearly continuous. for some reason at the time i just couldn't get the boys to fire off. Normally though it's around 10-30 minutes, depending on the length of time i feel like taking and how horny i am at the moment.
