SB users can pick their own titles after IIRC 10 posts. None of the admins or mods have enough of a sense of humor to pin unpleasent titles on the resident jackasses.

The NSF forum is a sewer. I've only ventured in there a few times and been utterly disgusted on each occasion. That place is pretty much on par with our HoS. With the possible exception of the SB vs. board, the other SB forums are nowhere near as bad. Granted the average IQ of SD is higher than SB but NSF isn't representative of SB any more than the HoS is representative of this place.

I mentioned that I was surprised that RG hadn't shown up here yet and she she didn't want to spend time on other boards because posts elsewhere wouldn't count to her (~10000 post) SB postcount.

Untrue. Deimos Anomaly was given a title and avatar by Tron IIRC. See his profile here. He was dared to change it, and so hasn't posted with that account in a long time and instead is using Darth Valdemar.

Much as I dislike her, I can't see the relevance of the second sentence to the original question, considering the deep negativity here towards ST.

Hell, if anything, that'd be incentive for her to come here; she can't go around starting shit about ST in threads over at SB (last I was there; still can't access 3dfrontier) like she used to, but I bet she'd have a bit more leeway here.

EDIT: Bashing is a little harsh, in that not every thread having something to do with Star Trek has someone barging in and attempting to incite a flame war with ST fans.

I really wish RG had gotten banned from SB a long time ago.

I actually challenged my second Mod. To another online duel over her, and I SUCK at FPS.

That's two Challeneges, and no one has YET to accept my thrown down gauntlet. There is no Honor amoung the Mods at Space Battles.
