I added some blood and a small Santa hat hanging out of the sides of my rat's mouth.

I did it with Photofinish 3.

Bleh, I noticed the blood and thought the santa hat was blood until I just took a closer look. I think that would qualify for the smallest santa hat on the board.

I went Green Jade dragon on a red background for most of the month. After getting screwed all last week at work I'm no longer in the Christmas mood.

So it's back to black & blue and ice.

Hey, I used MS paint as well and mine didn't turn out half as colourful as yours.

Not everyone has Photoshop (or in my case th artistic talent to use it well even if I did). Hopefully the little something dangling from Rogue Santa's cap brim can make his Xmas less grim.

Here is my Christmas Avatar. I was going to modify the original one. Couldn't think of a good way. then I was going to get a Star Wars christmas one, that pissed me off to no end. So here I found a cartoon santa and reigndeer or however the fuck you speel it.

My avatar is from "The Black Idol" by Frantisek Kupka. When I added the hat and beard, suddenly, it was too many K in size I had to make it a lot smaller just for adding a few details to it.

Mike, would it be too much to ask for a little bigger maximum avatar size? I get it at the right pixel size, but most of the avatars are too big in terms of file size.

Everyone's is kick ass. Mine is more of a last minute since this is Xmas eVe. I had a Santa that waved but I wasn't sure if he'd work out right. Yours is really kick ass too.
