Like I said, give me a joint any day. If I'm gonna take something into my lungs, it had better make me feel good.

Worse, actually. I think that the average joint is just as bad as a few weeks of cigarette smoke.innerbrat wrote:Just as bad for you, y'know.

I've seen it compared to 30 unfiltered cigarettes. All of the poision and toxin levels are higher and the stuff generally has alot more pesticides on it as well.Durandal wrote:Worse, actually. Yep, How much on a day without any Alchol, about 10 to fifteen With the BAr effect it becomes harder to judge. (And there is a reason for that for everyone who knows the Bar effect. It has something to do with how the two react to each other in the body)
I started at first only drinking when I was having a proper night out. (That is going to a club not just the Pub) Then at Vampire Live as something to do during the lulls, Then it escalated to at Vampire Live when we where no longer at a Pub... It was something to replace the beer. At this point I wasn't addicted, I had maybe a 30 a week at most.
Then I went to Uni and was living with a group of people with whom I had nothing in common, when they went out on a night to end up in a club, I stayed at the flat. (The music at their Clubs would have driven me insane to a point where beating my head against a brick wall until I'd killed myself would be a reasonable idea.) So I stayed at the flat and got very bored, at some point I started smoking to get pover that boredom, it was something to do, not a great thing to do but hay.... And of course as Students my Flat mates where out most nights going to a club so that ment I was smoking a lot, and when I woke up with half a packet left I'd just smoke them as they where there.... See where this leads.
Still I've set an age limit on my smoking, two months after I turn 25 I aim to stop. (I would make it when I turn 25 but that would be too near Christmas for me to want to be going through the cravings...)

From a review of the two Towers.... 'As for Gimli being comic relief, what if your comic relief had a huge axe and fells dozens of Orcs? That's a pretty cool comic relief. '
I only smoke when I'm drinking and I'd normally have about ten. I don't really mind other people smoking but considering you could build a decent road from my friends lungs I don't have much of a choice.

Couldn't agree more.I know I'll piss some people off by saying this, but let's face facts: smoking is fucking stupid. It's not a matter of being "unwise", or "ill-advised" or whatever: the correct term is FUCKING STUPID. You're playing the lung lottery, and hoping you'll be the lucky bastard to beat the odds.

Smoking is a waste of time and money. Honestly, why are you going to do one of the most unhealthy drugs on the planet, when it DOESN'T EVEN GET YOU HIGH. Say what you will about drugs, but they have a measurable benefit. Tobacco doesn't.
So what's the fucking point?

I had a Bill Maher quote here. But fuck him for his white privelegy "joke".
All the rest? Too long.

Oh, it gets you high. The nicotine in clove cigarettes gives you a better high because the nicotine stays in your lungs for a longer period of time, for example. Nicotine does have an effect on your nervous system, but it's no different from smoking weed for the first time. There are plenty of people who just don't get high from smoking cannibus the first time. That doesn't mean that there isn't an effect.FireNexus wrote:Smoking is a waste of time and money.
