I once was partial to Akvavit (a traditional Danish drink) but now over here, well, there's not much. I don't like Korean soju. I'd recommend Widmer beer.

As someone who lost his job and fell of the Wagon lately i've been making up for lost time.

Guinness ( am Irish after all)
Triple Vodke & Red Bull
Any Red Wine except french (the frogs don't eat out meat i won't drink their wine"
Black Bush (Irish Whiskey)
A guy i know made a cool drink it involved Chocolate Milk, Full fat cream, Vodka & bailies Cream, got all the ladies in the party pissed and horny, nice combination.

I'll let ya'll know what else i discover during the weekend.

yup, put a drop of it on a normal cigarette, light it up and be sure to sit in a cozy chair.

It only happened to me once, and that was my first time smoking it. I was insanely drunk -- I'd been drinking beer the whole day, then we went out to the barn to take shots of Bacardi chasing with beer. Then, we busted out the weed, made a beer can-bowl, and smoked.

I was in Heaven for about a half hour, giggling at the wall, sitting on the couch. Then, it hit me. Ran outside, hurled, came back in, went to bed, felt like I needed to hurl again, went outside, hurled, went back to sleep.

Oh, interesting factoid about marijuana ... the name has no real Mexican significance. It was made up by the government to discourage people from smoking it. They figured that it sounded Mexican, so more people would want to stay away from it.

well, yes, if you combine it with drinking it can happen. but if you dont drink when you smoke it´s very very unlikely.

Salm, you lucky bastard! It`s my birthday and I can`t even get stoned. On the subject of this thread, give me late bottled vintage port, and by the gallon, please! I also like scotch, Drambuie, merlots, cabernets, chardonays, gewurstraminers, rieslings, sweet ciders, zombies, and a coffee drink; 1 shot bailey`s, 1 shot Kahlua, 2 shots Jameson`s, all in a 16 oz. glass, fill with hot coffee=insta buzz. Drank EIGHT of those monsters once at a restaraunt I worked at and passed out on the bar.

i´ve never been to the oktoberfest but i´ve been to the wasen which ich the local äquivalent slightly smaller. they´re fun as long as you only go to them twice a year.

well, here in stuttgart there´s the fruehlingsfest in spring and the Wasen in Oktober. and there are other one´s in other cities at other times. i live right around the corner of the place where it takes place. damn annoying when the drunks start walking home still yelling the dumb songs they play at the Fest.
