Had my first cigarette last night

I smoke now because I enjoy it. When I started, it was a way to help settle my nerves and get my thoughts in order (I still do most of my most productive thinking with a cigarette in hand). It's a bad habit, but I've never gotten above a pack every three or four days, so it's manageable.

Yeah, I never go through a pack faster than a week, and I can easily go 5 days or more without having a cigarette. As long as you don't abuse the leaf, it won't abuse you.

The reason why I mentioned it going in a different order was because I'd say it would be more degrading...I didn't mean it would be more sexually pleasuring or enjoyable.
