Meh, I'm not too much into spanking, but the whole dom/sub thing is most interesting to me.... Both sides of it.

None taken Spanky, but I've never seen it as being mysoginistic. Mysoginy somehow connotes a belief that a woman is inferior, and as an object of hate or distaste, and nothing could be further from the truth. In my relationships I've never demeaned a woman or done anything that we both didnt want to happen. I value my partners more than I think 90% of people in relationships out there, and Ive been honored on three occassions by these partners putting their trust in me for a vast portion of their lives by their wanting me to be their dominant. Every time I was honored and humbled by this.

What makes it revolting to you ?

IMHO - I think you may be suffering from a misperception of what the D/s lifestyle is all about. Its not about pain , humiliation or punishment, but about self and psychological fulfilment. Some people feel a need to subsume their desires to another, and others to be in control. When people who have these needs that arent met , it can lead to stress unhappiness and potential for a string of unhappy relationships. True dominants and submissives, not the casual BD dabblers you see on MTV, are miserable in a normal relationship.

It's revolting due to how I feel about women, men, and myself. Don't bother explaining your position further, as I WILL not be able to personally understand or on ANY level agree with you.

Nothing can change that. I can do no harm to a woman. Even if in a fantasy play manner. I understand the difference between Dom/sub and Sadist/masochist.

As I said, I'm more of a sumbissive, and I also find pain to be truely euphoric at times.
