Who makes a big deal out of New Year's Eve?

I usually use it as an excuse to go to a party. I don't drink so it's basically a social thing.

I usually go to a party with some friends. It's really fun. I get a lot of hugs 
. I got two hugs from the same girl, less than five minutes apart. That's why I like New Year's Eve. Plus, I can laugh at all of those who get too drunk and has to make an effort just to stand up straight. One guy wanted me to distract the people in a room so he could sneak in and steal the liquor from them!
