Einy, one good reason not to go into the Quarter is that area's dangerous. The western 2/3 are ok (west of Rue St. Pierre), but past the park at St. Pierre (where all the fortunetellers hang out) it gets real rough real quick.

Also, that guy seems like a real controller. Not the kind of person to be around at all.
