I'm only 17 so I dont officially belong to a party, but I strongly support the Republican party. LONG LIVE CONSERVATISM!

May I ask why? And if you don't like parties, do you lean to the Conservative of Liberal side?

Libertarian following the political teachings of Wong, with a dark closet commie side who wants to crown himself Primier of the World as well :D

I'm a libertarian, and I generally despise the word "conservative" when applied to anything but a financial context.

So what is the Independence Parties main platform they run on? Liberal or Conservative? And why do the Republicans and Democrats suck? Just because they have a large following? (Although I do agree, I dislike Democrats :D)

The reason I hate the R/D is because they have become bloated with money and no longer listen to the people only those who give them tons of money unions, corporations, lawyers, rich people, eyc.

Philosophically, I'm Libertarian and I vote for LP candidates, though I'm registered as a Republican (largely because New Jersey has closed primaries, and if you don't register D/R, you don't get a say in who the major parties are running). I vote for libertarian republicans in the primaries (yes, I vote in them).

I don't like the Republicans because, primarily, I disagree with them on every social issue except gun control and abortion, and when Republicans do get elected, they turn into sniveling vote-suckers buying ballots with my tax dollars anyway (see, for example, the 8 years the Republican Party was in control of New Jersey: billions of dollars in debt thanks to new programs and expanded old ones that the current monkey in the state house has promised to pay off, I think, by raising taxes just slightly faster than he raises state expenses, instead of vice versa). I also don't like they way they pander to the likes of Robertson and Falwell.

I don't like the Democrats because of their tendency to forget that 1) every program has to be paid for, and 2) every penny the government spends has to be taken, somehow, from a taxpayer who earned it. And the Democrats play a nasty game of racial pandering, and are entirely too fond of Marxist class warfare language; "The right doesn't care about the working class", "the right doesn't care about minorities", etc.
