I'm at the Atrus Topside level, in the AT-St bay, and I have colllected a bunch of keys, but none of them open the AT-STs.
Are you supposed to open the AT-STs and drive one, or is there another way to move forward.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You don't get to drive an AT-ST till later in the game. I think there's a door some where you need to open in the bay which will eventually lead to the sheild generators for the ion cannons.
