I have no clue. www.symbols.com doesn't list it either. Is it possible that it was simply made up?
My best impression is that the lower part resembles many signs for the sun, while the upper part appears to have something to do with water.

Interesting story behind that. I was laying on my bed watching tv, with my left leg up bent at the knee, and my right up with the ankle on my left knee. This thing fell out of my pants from the end of the right leg.kheegan wrote:Where did you get it?

I've seen it before! its a symbol devised by pranksters who wanted to start a marketing craze in the hope that people would fall for the lie that this symbol came from the Lost continent of atlantis. Trust me.
