Alright for various reasons I am in the mood to beat the crap out of someone, unfortunatly that's illegal and improbable considering my strength. ::Flexes his muscles and watches as they droop::
Anyone got any advice for gewtting out of this?

Find a wall and punch it. Once your knuckles have been split and are oozing blood, go to the hospital, where nice people will make you fell better.

See that's exactly why I didn't do that. Besides I can barely break a twig, much less my knuckles.

Play Grand Theft Auto, any version will do. Rack up a big kill count and you'll feel better afterwards. Forget about trying to complete the missions, just drive around running people over and shooting them, and then do the same to the cops when they come after you.

Second thing I hate flaming, I prefer the civility of debate. No cursing no calling names no other stuff, cause it is so much more fun when you finally have them pinned and they face no choice but concede, or run and lose face, or both

Or you can scream and yell at the wall to release the tension.

EDIT: Better yet, scream/yell at some inanimate object because it gives you some kind of focus at least.

Empathy, for the most part. I've already been to a psychologist, he put me on Celexa, and we don't know what kind of depression I have. o O I stopped taking Celexa because of the vast amounts of sleep that it made me have... bad side effect, if I do say so myself.
