I think it cranks your Participation Level to 1000. I'd just as soon get the new K++ Hack.

No, doesn't look like it's doing that. Participation level is holding steady around 700.

It's a ranking system, albeit a crap and easily hacked feature that allows higher contributing members to skip the queues on downloads that have been remotely queued.
