is it clean or is it messy, and why?

my room is clean at the moment, cuz I like having somewhere to hide away and do work. if my room is messy, I have no place to do hw and the like, and do it at school.

My room is an orderly mess. Neat little areas of junk; nothing really strewn haphazardly.

My room is quite messy, which is a real accomplishment when you think about how big it is.

It's not a shithole, but it is dusty. The only stuff I have on the floor are some socks. If it was otherwise my grandmother would yell at me ;)

My room is pretty messed up, though the mess is piled to one side. But the dust and dirt levels are fairly low.

My room is surpisingly clean as of the moment, but it evolves through a cycle of starting clean and ending in my having to move from hole to hole in the piles to get from my bed, to my computer, to my door. Then I clean it up and curse as I don't know where everything is now (in comparison to having a hunch of which pile the thing is in when my room resembles the trash compacter from Star Wars)... but no dirt, just dust and cobwebs

Messy, because I'm still unpacking bags and boxes (just moved)...

But, my room is usually tidy.

My room is a godawful mess. Not only that, it smells bad, and is extremely hot. You see, my brother insists on keeping two TV sets, 4 video game consoles, a DVD player and a VCR on one desk, making the room look cluttered. Also, there are clothes all over the floor, the shelves are out of order, and my brother wants the window closed and covered at all times (And it's blocked by the TVs anyway), so it gets uncomfortably hot at times. Also, since my brother was locking himself in and my mon got frustrated, she removed the doorknob, so my brother covered it with black tape for some reason.

My room's fairly neat. The only real "stuff" is my Tae Kwon Do uniform under my bed (it'll go in the clothes hamper tomorrow, but I have to wear it to class first) and the stack of textbooks that rotates from bed to chair depending on which I'm not using at the moment. My roommate's side of the room, OTOH, is cluttered. My stuff's around, but I can at least walk across the floor and find clean places to put stuff. I just had to scrub the floor, too, after knocking a bottle of Arizona off my computer desk. I'm lucky I didn't cut myself on the glass.

My room is messy like HELL. Newspapers on the floor, hair, junk, old pizza boxes etc. Not my fault too......cause I sit on the comp most of the time i'm home.

Cyaround,
Jason
P.S.- My room is the living room.

It's messy because I'm lazy and don't feel like cleaning it.

Mess, but damnit, I know where just about anything is. And half of it is my hubby's.

Neat enough that I know where everything is, but messy enough so that it looks lived in and not sterile. It's a nice healthy balance that makes my room feel like home and not some random hotel room or hospital ward or something.

I've always kept a clean house/room/dorm/apartment, wherever I've been living.

Cluttered into odd piles to which I know the contents.

And for the most part happy, because anytime I truly clean I forget where the hell I put stuff.

A clean mind. Something that we dirty, dirty people have no understanding of. :D

As for me, my room, and the rest of my apartment, is fairly clean, mainly because I'm trying to not scare a girl off by being too messy.

A person's home should be their castle
(When I'm at home I want to feel like royalty)
But I don't want to be the queen of this mess
(Never before have I seen such misery)
Living with my baby is a hassle
(When he's at home he doesn't care
Never combs his hair)
I'm puttin' him out on the curb unless he cleans this
Garbage up

My baby loves
Trash
My baby leaves his trash all over the house
I've got to dig & dig & dig
Just to find the bathroom in the morning
My baby loves
Trash
My baby leaves his trash all over the house
I think it's time to trash my baby

Well home is where the heart is
(God what a mess it gives me cardiac arrest)
But my heart isn't willing to stay there
(Crumbs in the bed I can't get no rest)
My man never learned to pick up his
(Pardon the small you know he never does the laundry)
Dirty shirts and socks and underwear
He doesn't even care

Talkin' bout
Trash
My baby leaves his trash all over the house
I've got to dig & dig & dig
Just to find the bathroom in the morning
My baby loves
Trash
My baby leaves his trash all over the house
I think it's time to trash my baby

If cleanliness is next to godliness
(One year of Sunday papers blocking the door)
Then my baby is a heathen and a heretic
(Ants so thick your feet never touch the floor)
He worships at the altar of sloppiness
(And fills the collection plate with cigarette butts)
I'm gonna lace his food with arsenic
And have him hauled away

I'm picking up
Trash
My baby leaves his trash all over the house
I've got to dig & dig & dig
Just to find the bathroom in the morning
My baby loves
Trash
My baby leaves his trash all over the house
I think it's time to trash my baby
I'm gonna call my garbageman
Haul my baby and all of his trash away
I'm gonna call my garbageman
Haul my baby and all of his trash away
I'm gonna call my garbageman
Haul my baby and all of his trash away
I'm gonna call my garbageman
Haul my baby and all of his trash away

It's "clean" until I have little 6-8" wide trails going from the door, to the bed, and to the closet. THEN it's time to clean...

lol, I usually just keep an open space so I can leap onto my bed. no more is neccessary.

when I realize I havent done laundry in a month is when I decide to clean. . . lol . .

My wife is spousal perfection, and she usually cleans up after me.
