OK, can anyone recommend a case (or at least a power supply) that'd be optimal for an AMD Athlon processor? Mine runs very hot and I need a case that allows, I dunno, actual *air* to flow around the thing.

Can't go wrong with Lian Li PC61 series or most any of their other cases, Coolmaster is nice as well

If you REALY want to go overboard and quiet
For only $300 inculding shipping you can pick up a Koolance Water-Cooling case, Dead easy to put togther(Mostly pre-installed and that which is not, Has big color coded arrors point to where to attach what)

Excellent Airflow and its Water-Cooling meaning cooler and quieter than your avarage pure Airflow case

Go for the full tower! The Addtronics 7896A or 7890 cases are good (they're also known as the Supermicro SC-750).

As far as power supplies, I would reccomend the Antec TruePower line of PSUs.

:? Full tower's not gonna fit over HERE...

I think I like Bean's case suggestion with your PSU suggestion. I will consider this solution. Thanks to both of you.
