Of course its the Saint, unless we are talking about the uber-wankfest Supes I keep hearing about.
Saint of Killers gun always hits, every wound it inflicts shall be fatal. We have no upper limit known to this, but so far it has borne out against: 1.innumerable human targets
2. A tank battalion of M1s
3. The Devil
4. God
The only target it has failed to eliminate was a vampire, who can be classified as already dead, and therefore unkillable.
