I just dug this out of my computer drawer:





I didn't know he worked on the Apollo program until I was at
my grandmothers house, digging through her drawers in her old
bedroom, and I found that medal buried under some old clothes..

That's one hell of a heirloom, extremely poignant with today's terrible news.

My dad is upset. He worked on the Space Shuttle project back when he was at Honeywell.
