actually there is nothing wrong with him using it because it would qualify asd "fair use", besides, mide doesn't own it as the other guy says.

Mike may not own the property rights to the star wars universe, but I believe he took those screenshots himself. Therefore, Mike owns those shots. Even if Lucasfilm wanted to use those shots, they would have to ask for his permission first.

So if Darkstar did not ask permission first, Mike would have every right to ask him to take those down.

The fact that he's polite has no bearing on the question of whether he's a moron; he expresses every hatemongering fundamentalist attitude out there; the fact that he does so in polite language is irrelevant. There is no substantive difference between saying something like "it is just and righteous for God to punish you unless you accept Christ" and saying "fuck off and die, Heathen".

He's just that way when it comes to religion. I'm also Christian, and a creationist to boot (although for me it's just a personal matter of faith which I don't debate; I have better things to do), yet I disagree with him on most of his speculation.

He's fairly level-headed when it comes to sci-fi, though.
