I'm just wondering. Considering Mike's pet peeve for the trekkies there, I'm wondering how many Warsies are here.

I'm from spacebattles. Who else?

I read this site all the time and constantly saw remarks about spacebattles.com. So I decided to add my retardedness to the mix, and found, Wong wasn't to far off the mark.

While I am an SB member, it is probably more accurate to say that I'm 'from' Usenet, as that's where I've been posting for the past decade or so.

I'm an old-timer from Spacebattles, I guess. I sorta found the enviroment...'lacking'. It just got too hostile over there. So, here I am, "Grand Admiral Vorlan", but with a much simpler name to type out.

I personally feel there is a lot of SW bashing on Spacebattles, but you shouldn't count it out. Last time I was there, there were a few supporters. It did seem sorta wierd though...the boards had the distinct flavor of Trekkies and Republicans.

Not to be a downer, but let's try to post things in the correct forum. In this case, the OT forum.

I found Poe's site and SD.net first, but I have been at spacebattles for some time now.

At this point in time, I would like to bring to your attention the fact that when I made this thread, The Off Topic Forum DID NOT EXIST!!!

A Warsie from SB. From there I found the great Mike Wong. Made me realize how badly the Empire could kick the Federation's ass.

Noden glares at Nyarlathotep, and the little scoundrel scampers for cover.

I'm a Spacebattles person, but I know of Mr. Wong before I knew of Spacebattles. In fact, I found Spacebattles through SD.net

Vorlan you little bastard, where've you been?

I still remember when you and Bryan caused all that fuss in the NSF forum before the election...

BTW, it should be quite obvious that I hail from Spacebattles. :)

A Warsie from Spacebattles.

I find it funny that Mr. Wong bitches about how Spacebattles is rampant with Trekkies and dumbasses, when its clearly dominated by Culture, SW, B5, Battletech (who would have thought?), and somewhere along the line (albeit further down), the Trek side comes in.

Mr. Wong, before you start bashing a particular forum, at least do enough research before hand. There are fewer Trekkies than you make out. There are a helluva LOT more Warsies than you think.

And all your bashing about us is getting on my nerves--especially since I support you, along with others at SpaceBattles.

Well I'm from SB...kinda. I do post there from time to time but my haunt is ASVS and that's how I found SB. I almost tried to sustain the offensive in STGN so I could claim to be the smartest man in that forum but then I realized that'd be like conquering the baby pool and calling myself king. Anyway I'm mostly ASVS but I do hail form SB part-time.
