I always thought this was a joke in America but you actually do have this system.

Not good, not good at all...

I loved the news conference.

It was full of "We want the public to be aware of their surroundings..etc." and when the speaker was questioned about what local authorities should know, he said something to the effect of: "We're sticking to what we just said. If we give out any more info, we would not be doing our job...yadda."

Hmm...I wonder what's up?
