Hmm... awhile back there was a Beast Wars computer game... I played that for a little bit, wasn't very good. I hope this one's better.

I to played some of the Beast Wars game. It was ok, I hope this one will be better.

Well, anything has to be better than the NES Transformers game. That was pretty much the archetypical "sucky game based on a license."

Yup, I forget the title -- something with "Convoy" in it. Transforming was nearly impossible, planes come from everywhere at angles that you can't hit, and you die pathetically easily. This isn't even mentioning the bad graphics (even by NES standards). Of course, the last time I played it was back in the early 90's, so my memories might have exaggerated the badness of the game. I doubt it, though.

Has anyone here played the Quake2 tf mod? You could transform from robot to vehicle and it even made the transforming sound from the original cartoon, plus you could switch to 3rd person view to watch your character transform, plus it made Megatrons cannon the BFG .

Nope it was really bad...I had a cartridge of it for my famicon once, I threw it away...I got the SW game,much better since Luke can use his lightsaber to shoot things

Oh, pleeeeeeeeeease let it come out for PS2...I've already got the Robotech game, now they're releasing Transformers. All I need now are He-Man, Thundercats, and Silverhawks games and my collection of video games based on favorite childhood cartoons will be complete .
