Gagh! He has all these really old, really weird songs playing...often with no distortion at all...nor any sort of actual background music, or drums, or whatever..and...it's...sticking...in...my...head...

Not all of his music is bad. Stuff like 'In the House of the Rising Sun', most of the Warren Zevon stuff and a few select others are not bad, but after hearing 'Is she really going ouuuuut with him?' for the thirty-ninth thousand time it starts to grate on my nerves.

I can sympathize....my sister ( Satan in a disguise) tends to find one tune she likes and repeat it over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over an.....well you get the point.. See, you gotta crack down on that shit. My sister tried that nonsense, after the third time I heard the song, I stomped into the room and advanced the CD myself. I said, "If I hear the fucking song again today, I'm going to light that CD on fire." I made my point.

Anyway, I must be lucky: My dad only plays classical music loudly.
