You should learn do to a bit of research before you post.
Enrollment in the CRAF is
optional. The owners of those aircraft are paid a certain amount each year; when the USAF needs it those aircraft are called up, the flightcrews paid and the fuel procured and off they go transporting stuff.
It is in no way a 'draft'.

It's part of their contracts to help move men and equipment in emergencies. There's hardly a comparison to being conscripted for combat duty.

Those plains are signed up for it voluntarily same as our soldiers freely volunteered.

This has nothing to do with a draft. They volunteer for this and get extra business because of it. If they balk then the entire airline should be shutdown till they comply.
