This thread is borne out of comments I quoted from this thread about After-Hours Modship. I for one fully support this. I already apologized for my "Postcount +1" antics in that thread btw. There is much you can do. Ando and his antics managed to drive off one supermod and enrage two others. And of course no else does anything. He also carried the flame war to dman near every thread he posts so there is only so much any single mod can do. Making two more mods that can't or won't stop things won't do any good.

I'm not leaving. Dealing with the flamewars just made me very tired.

I'm voting yes even though it will hamper my post count. On the upside it will casue me to actually think of something with posting which, for a newly unemployed man, isn't a bad thing. Fuck i hate getting sacked.

They're mods now, so this thread has fulfilled its purpose.
