Doesn't look like it from the website. They're owned by EASports, so I don't see EA getting rid of them. Although, EA does want the company that owns Blizzard, but Microsloth is so far the top contender, unfortunately. Blah.

(I love G4... that is the best channel on cable!)

Well, if Westwood is producing C&C Generals then I don't want it gone... besides... I still remember my fist startegy game, C&C... Now that rocked...

Which one? I have Dune 2000, though I've not played in at least six months, and Emperor, which I play fairly often.

AGE OF MYTHOLOGY! Support microsoft and buy it :D . Really, it's my favorite game right now, maybe because I'm good at it and know a lot of the top players.

Dune 2 was actually a "Golden Fuckup". THe game was originally intended to be turnbased but a programing glitch made it real-time. As it happened the real-time was the 1st step in a new gaming genra.

Dune 2k remains one of my favorite stratagy games, even if more recent ones have better graphics. I got it for 12 dollars in a three pack with Blade Runner and some other game.

No I'm not. I asked which one, and then mentioned the two which I have played to save making another post saying so, I've never played Dune 2.

I hate EA. Their support is shitty. They also don't let you recover lost CD-keys like Sierra by mailing in the original disks.

Sierra is my favorite game company, and is the only game company I actually gave money to. The rest of the games I have were given to me (Shogun Total War for example (the original owner was bored of the game and did not bother to keep the CD-key), and in the case of a few very old ones that I don't play anymore, except Doom, which I'm playing mods, pirated.

I bought Emperor, I love the Sardaukar! Its pretty much my only strategy in the game, defend base, get money, build gigantic horde of them, crush enemy. Repeat as needed.

Having touched progamming a bit....I can help but say

HOW THE HELL DOES THAT HAPPEN?

Sierra is cool, but they don't seem to like dial-up people. I tried to upgrade Half-Life and Counterstrike, and I wasn't able to complete the downloads. SO I said fuck it, I heard they run really shitty on 56ks anyways and eliminated all Hallf-life for room for my fav computer gaming company, Blizzard. I don't know how much time I've blown on Starcraft, Diablo 1&2, Warcraft 3 and expansions, but it nears half of my NES time. All of them run well on dial up, and there patches are never more than 10mb. Plus they have more replay value.

Are you being sarcastic about Half Life and CounterStrike not running well on dial up? Seriously, I have NEVER seen a game that runs better on dialup. The prediction code actually gives hpbs (dial up people) priority over lpbs (broadband). Evens the playing field.
Only downside is the huge patches.

I said I heard that it ran shitty on dial up, I was never able to download the patches to try.
