Same here. I ran a few adventures a few years back, and I had a 90% complete campaign ready to run with some friends at highschool, but they backed down at the last minute. I normally use XiRCON instead of mIRC, because of the security problems with the latter. I've also used ChatZilla (which comes with Mozilla) but it doesn't seem to be working right now.
