And better yet to top it off, The Snow just stoped but over the past five hours we got 4 Inchs of Snow to go onto of that Three Inchs of Ice/Sand

We're supposed to have 20 inches of snow by tomorrow evening.

Snow. You can throw snowballs around, but iceballs hurt like hell.

What's that got to do with the subject?

Unless you thought he said: "What's better: Ice or Snow?"

I don’t see the downside, as long as you're the better arm anyway.

I've got about 2" of fresh snow on the ground at the moment. Accumulated snow to about 1', but it's packed down so hard that it's basically soft ice.

What's worse than snow and ice? Daytime high air temperatures in the -15 celcius range for the past few weeks. Overnight lows down to -25 or so. Windchills to -30.

24" of snow and warm? Pah....

As a skiier, I can tell you that snow is better than ice. If you fall on ice it hurts like bitch.

ice is worse, especially if it is accompanied by a driving wind! ice pellets hitting your eyeballs at 40 knots hurts like hell.
