My life is forfeit...

I downloaded X-com: UFO Enemy Unknown last night.

My uni grades are going to be out the goddamn window this semester.

Thats without taking into account the fact that Raven Shield and Splinter Cell are about to be released for the PC.

And that I'm going to be dragged kicking and screaming back to Middle Earth at some point along with several hundred other geeks of the world.

Remember, eating, drinking and sleep are nothing more then insidious evil forces seeking to rob you of irreplaceable playing time.

One of the advantages of going to college back in my days you didn't have to worry about such addictive games. The only games back then were on the Atari and I could not afford one.... then I got a job and bought a SuperNES. :?
Now I'm a game freak. 8)

Gee, I thought considering what Zaia had posted either you had done something to piss off her best friend and were now being hunted across the web by angry women with torches and pitchforks....

Ando, you are a complicated, complicated guy.

If you really need the distractions to go away, just ship me all your computers and video game consoles and I'll *snicker* look after them *snort, chuckle* until you finish college *guffaw, choke*.

I know the feeling, I think I botched my end of module tests last week in playing C&C: Generals.

It gets worse, MoO3 will no doubt be excellent and come out soon and GTA: VC comes to PC 13th May. :(

Goodbye degree.

Dammit...where is MoO3...and GTA:VC is coming out on PC(ah well...got it, but some friends will be happy)

As for me...I waste enough on video game...though nothing big of late to call in sick(hack cough)

I haven't bought a decent PC game in ages, Generals is my first this year anyway and will easily keep me occupied until I move into a house and can play online (damn uni firewall!). Then MoO3 will just keep me from attending socials and getting another g/f if it's good and GTA: VC will no doubt disrupt eating and sleeping patterns.

Cool...will have to pick up Generals

GTA:VC was enough to call in a day sick(oi...though earning fundage takes time)

MoO3 will prevent me from acquiring a GF for probably a few monthes.

In the horizon Tron 2.0 looks pretty good, but console wise...so far Zelda: Wind Walker.

it might not have worked because it was the original version, the dos version. the one´s available on the size might be optimized for windows 9x, 2k, me or xp

anyway, thanks for that link i´m downloading it at the moment and will waste enormous amounts of time in it in the next view weeks.

something else, does anyone know where to get the second part, terror from the deep? the 5 mb version on that site is currently down and since í only have isdn i dont want to down the 30 mb version.

I'm wondering where the progression is going here. I mean, at what game do we just slap a label on it saying:

WARNING: The Surgeon General has determined that this game is harmful to Admiral Valdemar. Selling this game to him is punishable by a $5000 fine. People observing this game in his possession are licensed to mug him without question. If he even LOOKS at this game funny, you may dig his eyes out with a spoon, because even that would be more merciful than what will happen to him if he actually PLAYS it.

There's also ZOE 2 that I want to get but my bro has the PS2 at home, guess it's going to be a holiday affair thing when I'm off for 5 weeks (means no decent computer though, one at home is fairly mediocre to the one I have at Uni).

Yeah ZOE2 looks sweet...and heard it plays nice...so I'll borrow that one.

Though currently playing .hack mostly because after 200+ on PSO...I've beaten it to a dead horse level.

That would probably save a lot of people from shutting themselves inside their rooms for days on end, only seen to empty their excretia holding organs and acquire food and drink.

Heh, I sacrificed my Chemistry grade a couple semesters ago to GTA3, not to mention sacrificing a couple A's last semester to Vice City. I'm getting Xenosaga next, and I hope it doesn't ruin more of my grades.

Wow. For myself, it was beer that was the distraction. Playing games while drunk was also interesting, but it didn't help my grades.

Seriously weemadando, if you wouldn't mind taking my advice, you've got to drop those games. You sound like a smart guy (I know because I've read one of your essays) and I'd hate to hear how your grades suffered because of your gaming addiction.
