here is an article in a german paper. It's in German, but running it through babelfish should give you the basic idea. Essentially, it says that German intellegince has known for a while about evidence of Iraq possesing Smallpox and other biological agents.

Well giving how much of Iraq's BC capability came from Germany it's not surprising that they might know somthing. Though claims that Iraq may very well have smallpox are not new.
