Anyone know the specifics of them.

I need to get one for my application and I'll be damned if I can remember the size. All I remember is that they were b&w and no fucking place does them around here.

Don't worry. Found the appropriate info online, but the fuckers have rereleased new forms and bumped application fees... (grumble grumble).

What are you applying for? I have a passport but I haven't used it in quite a few years.

Easy, I have dual citizenship Canadian-Australian and hold an Aussie passport, but at times its easier to get into places on a Canadian passport, just like sometimes its easier to get in on an Aussie passport.

It also means that I'd have a viable form of ID for when I arrive without having to get a Canadian drivers license right away.

weemadando,

Is there not a number for the Canadian Embassy or Consulate nearby? My photo is in color. BTW Darth Wong, I think passports are good for only 5 years.

If you hold a Candian passport, do you have to pay the 10 Dollar (CDN) fee when you leave the airport in Vancouver?

The YVR AIF varies depending on where one is flying (intra-BC is cheaper than international) but it applies to everyone regardless of nationality.

Which is why I fly INTO Canada on a Canadian passport eliminating all those pesky visa problems.

I also can use it to cross into the US from Canada with minimal hassles instead of having to go through all the shit if I was on my Australian passport.

But the Aussie passport is good for other places too. Its just playing both sides to dodge visa fees etc...
